OPEN POSITIONS – April 14, 2008:

TELLER SUPERVISOR
at our new Glen Ellyn Branch

This position is responsible for supervision and evaluation of the teller operation at a branch.  This includes ensuring the Teller staff provides exceptional customer service and that security procedures are adhered to and losses are maintained at a minimum.  Additionally, the Teller Supervisor performs all duties of a Teller. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience as a Teller and 1 year of supervisory experience and strong customer service skills.

 

PERSONAL BANKERS
Full-Time at Chicago and Elmhurst South

The Personal Banker is responsible for cross-selling products and services to existing and prospective customers, proactively maintain a portfolio of client relationships to increase client satisfaction and customer profitability to the bank, generate referrals for other bank product services, handle the opening, servicing and closing of a variety of accounts such as checking and savings, resolve customer account problems, perform other duties as assigned by branch manager.  Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of sales and cash handling experience; possess good interpersonal/customer service skills, selling, cross-selling and referral skills.

 

IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN
Full-Time at Wood Dale

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining an image-based document processing workstation and keying functions, identifying and resolving transport problems, and reporting irregularities.  SBT is a Unisys, ITI and FiServ operation which also includes Pitney Bows Mail equipment for Statement rendering and processing.  The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, have strong problem solving, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

 

ASSOCIATE BANKERS
Full-Time at New Lenox, Oak Lawn and Orland Park

The Associate Banker is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service while receiving deposits for credit to customer’s savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits and securing required approval as necessary, balancing daily transactions, performing new account functions by providing customers with information and assistance regarding financial services, and selling and opening appropriate types of accounts. The Associate Banker will also have “opening” and “closing” responsibilities.  This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some college level education is preferred, 1-2 years of previous experience as a Teller in a bank or financial institution, previous sales experience, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

 

TELLERS
Full-Time at Chicago and New Lenox

Part-Time at Elmhurst - Park Avenue and our new Glen Ellyn Branch

The Tellers are responsible for receiving deposits for credit to customers' savings, checking or loan accounts, verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits, and balancing daily transactions.  Tellers will also answer customer inquiries related to account balances, promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments for additional services with a focus on building business relationships with our customers. Tellers must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cash handling and customer service experience.  Excellent customer service and communication skills required to provide our customers with the experience of exceptional service.

Wealth and Investment Management

Elmhurst

As a member of senior management, this position directs the bank’s trust and investment management activities (including administration, retention and development of personal and corporate trust business) to provide the finest fiduciary services to clients so as to contribute to shareholder value.    Specifically, this position will demonstrate profitable operation of the department with consistent annual growth of assets, development and management of effective marketing programs and development and management of personnel.  A bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline (MBA preferred), 10+ years of Wealth and Investment management experience with at least 5 years in management, demonstrated sales and customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge and understand of Trust operations and the ability to administer complex trust accounts are required.
