Pavlicek Named Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer at SBT
Elmhurst, Illinois, December 5, 2007
Suburban Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Pavlicek as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pavlicek joined SBT in November from Mount Prospect National Bank, in Mount Prospect, Illinois where he also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His career in banking spans more than 25 years, with 13 years in the Des Moines, Iowa market, and then in Omaha, Nebraska where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at First Westroads Bank.

Mr. Pavlicek is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He resides in Downers Grove.

Kirkeeng and O’Day Join Executive Management Team at SBT

Suburban Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the recent appointments of Joe Kirkeeng, Executive Vice President / Retail Banking and Donald A. O’Day as Executive Vice-President / Commercial Banking. Mr. Kirkeeng joins SBT from Republic Bank where he served as Executive Vice President.  He holds an MBA from Lewis University and serves on the university’s Council of Regents.  Mr. Kirkeeng also serves on the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of the Illinois Prairielands.  He resides in New Lenox.

Also joining SBT is Donald A. O’Day who comes to the bank from Banco Popular North America where he served for 5 years as Senior Vice President and head of Business Banking for the Illinois Region.  Mr. O’Day was born and raised in Elmhurst and now makes his home in Naperville.

SBT Announces New Director of Training & Development and New General Auditor

Suburban Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Peg Arnold, Vice President / Training and Development. Ms. Arnold holds a Masters degree in Education / Technology and brings 10 years experience as a bank trainer to her new position. Prior to joining SBT, Ms. Arnold was Vice President, Sales and Service for Republic Bank. She currently serves as Assistant Governor for Rotary District 6450 and is a past President of the Woodridge Rotary Club. Ms. Arnold resides in Bolingbrook.

Also joining SBT is Stacia Perkins, Vice President and General Auditor. Prior to joining SBT, Ms. Perkins was employed by GreatBanc, Inc. as Vice President & Internal Audit Manager. Ms. Perkins has served on the Board of Governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors and currently is a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church budget committee. She resides in Leland, Illinois.
